“After putting the frame in my basket I saw a promotion to have a picture put in the frame for free. It being a present, after uploading a photo I decided to send the package straight to the person it was for thinking that the picture would be framed (saving extra handling in it being sent to me then putting the photo in and sending it away). Instead they received an empty picture frame, completely ruining their Birthday present.”

“Hi I had previously searched the internet for this product as I already own a rotating glass frame and every shop was sold out. When I came across your site I was really pleased to have tracked one down even though your product was more than twice as expensive as elsewhere but the offer of 4 for 3 made it viable. (I need them for a specific reason to display a St Kilda 20.00 pound note therefore displaying both sides of it. I am the convenor of a tiny shop on the island of St Kilda off the west coast of Scotland belonging to the National Trust of Scotland.I am hoping to display these rare 20.00 notes ) However when the frames arrived I tried to remove the inside piece of paper and card sandwiched between the glass, the card eventually fell out when shaking the frame and using a tweezers but the paper would not budge, 20mins later after using every means possible, prodding with a knife, which I was afraid would damage the glass, using piece of card to try and force the paper out, however, this made the paper bulked up inside the glass, I eventually got the pieces of torn paper out, leaving behind paper fibres inside the glass ,I eventually removed these using a thin ribbon. Extremely annoying I think you would agree! There was one tiny piece of paper still stuck and held either glue or silicone which probably you use to hold the frame together. As I could not face trying to do this to the other three frames (that were also were stuck). I phoned the number provided to see if anyone could suggest an easier way of removing this paper. The lady listened and gave me another number so that I could speak to a member of staff in the warehouse firstly to see how this piece of paper could be removed or as I suggested, that if that was not possible, I return the other three frames in exchange for three glass frames without the piece of paper inside the frame. However when I phoned there was no answer from the warehouse frustrated I phone back the lady in Berwick and she very kindly listened to me again and advised as it would be difficult for me to send back the frames due to the lockdown and the cost of returning the three frames which I totally agree it would be extremely difficult to visit a post office at this time. The lady said would direct the staff to send me three more frames not including the dreaded papers inside the frame, free of charge. I am extremely grateful to the lady in Berwick who was extremely helpful and polite.I have no hesitation on recommending your frames to anyone as they are lovely and I may actually need more in the future! The product itself is exactly what I want however my sister previously bought the same product in John Lewis for 9.99 and I have seen them on amazon much the same price but both no longer stock this item. I hope I haven’t rambled on to much but it is difficult to explain the situation I found myself in and my frustration at trying to remove one simple piece of paper!! Kind Regards Marion Petschi”

“I am usually most impressed with Addison Ross products having purchased many of them over the years and been thrilled with them. However the silver bamboo frame I have just bought looked really good on line but when it arrived both my husband and I were most disappointed as it looked really cheap and not up to your usual excellent high standard. “I ordered a white clock, the delivery note said ‘white’ but the clock is blue. It’s a decorative clock but I feel the alarm hand is too prominent and makes it difficult to read the correct time unless it is very close.”

“I ordered the Mother of Pearl bedside clock. It was beautifully packaged and securely wrapped so was in perfect condition. I struggled a bit to get the battery in but all is well and the clock is sitting on the bedside table in one of my bedrooms. I will definitely use you again - Helen Keating”
