“I am very happy with my product. I ordered a photo frame which came with a free print. Arrived next day in a lovely gift box, perfect for my mum on Mothers Day. Will definitely be ordering from Addison Ross again.”

“The delivery of the photo frame was very quick and efficient. It arrived in excellent condition and was well packed to avoid any damage. The only issue I have is that it is a full glass frame (my choice) and does reflect the light on the glass. Otherwise I find the quality of Addison Ross frames to be of a very high standard. I would use this company again for the quality of their goods and standard of their service.”

“The quality of the frame received is excellent. I have only given you an "Acceptable" because we were disappointed with the hinge mechanism, which means that we cannot form a "U" with it and see all three of our children at the same time from the same angle.”

“Folks, its not everyone that likes to see their face in a frame, but as a 30th anniversary gift to my husband, he loved it. From the great selection at Addison Ross I picked a Grey pearl frame sent them a photo of us and a message and they done it all and sent it in a lovely presentation box. He was both surprised and delighted. Thank you Addison Ross for making this small idea very special”

“Good customer services but very bad quality control. I ordered a silver frame for Mother's Day. It arrived promptly but had several marks on the silver surface. After a email to customer services I received a quick response and was told a replacement would be sent out. Unfortunately the replacement has lots of tiny scratches over one side. I can't be bothered to complain about this one as I suspect another replacement will be of poor quality. These frames aren't cheap so I am really disappointed with this. I will just have to give the best of one as a gift and hope she doesn't notice the marks. I will not be ordering from Addison Ross again.”
