“This Order with Addison Ross was for a number of items, two of which, were not up to their usual standard. I emailed the company and the matter was resolved within 10 minutes. In my experience its easy to be a 'very good' company when everything is going right but it's usually when something goes wrong that a truer picture unfolds. Addison Ross have on previous occasions given exemplary service and on this occasion when there was a slight hitch that didn't change. A well deserved 5 stars from a self confessed fussy shopper.”

“This is a beautiful picture frame which was well packaged and arrived quickly, however it is not the size advertised. It is not a 5 X 7 inch frame but a 5 3/8 X 7 3/8 inch frame, which means that I had to discard the 5 X 7 inch mat board that I had ordered and order a 5 3/8 X 7 3/8 inch custom mat board. The actual dimensions of your picture frames should be posted on your website.”
