“The frame itself was very nice but I was very unimpressed with the “we’ll frame your photo” option. When I opened it to check it I discovered the glass so covered with smudges and fingerprints on both sides that I had to dismantle the whole thing to clean it!”

“My husband and I have bought 6 frames in the last month and have been delighted with the quality of the frames. We have uploaded our photos for these frames and again the quality of the photo is excellent. The service is efficient and very speedy, next day the frames arrived. the packaging and care is outstanding and we will continue to buy from this great company.”

“I was most impressed with the service I received from Addison Ross for my recent order. I live overseas and made a very last minute order a couple of days before Christmas. My order arrived, beautifully wrapped and on Christmas Eve. The photo frame is good quality and, in my opinion, good value for money. I will definitely use this company again and happily recommend them to others.”

There was a error with the original photo that had been included but I just emailed the company and asked them if they could kindly provide the correct photo which they did with no questions and it arrived a few days later.
