“Beautiful photo frames - such a selection and what a perk to be offered a free photo to be added to the frame too. I've returned several times for both these reason. Excellent quality and value for money. They have made excellent gifts - beautifully packaged on arrival and protected - and I have a few in my home too. Definitely recommend.”

“These salt and pepper shakers look great. My only criticism are the knobs which had no "P" and "S" on them. I was then sent replacement ones, but the letters are so faint, you can barely see them.”

Having bought a frame from Addison Ross at a show previously I wanted a similar style but couldn't see what I was looking for online, so I messaged to see if they were still selling this style and received a speedy reply, answering the question and directing me to the products. “I have purchased a few frames in the past and have been very satisfied with the product and the service. But now I am interested in purchasing a tray and have a couple of questions. I have just had the world’s most frustrating experience going in circles with your idiotic chat bot; and apparently your customer service includes no humans. I must move on to a more customer friendly vendor.”
