“I ordered 2 beautiful gold flower frames at the end of last year. They were exactly as I'd hoped for and the quality was superb. I managed to knock one of them over and break it, so I phoned Addison Ross in the hopes of ordering a replacement. It was only then that I realised that Addison Ross has a lifetime guarantee on their products, and a new frame was sent out to me absolutely free of charge - I didn't even have to pay for postage! It's one thing for guarantees like this to be offered - to see them put into practice without having to fight for it is very refreshing. I couldn't be happier!”

“Product good. Delivery service not so good. As I work full time I wasn’t home when Dpd made the delivery and they took it to the post office in Alcester. This was extremely inconvenient as I work in the opposite direction. I think you should advertise that the product cannot be left if you are out at work or you should give the option for a product to be left in a safe place.”

“Have brought many frames for myself….. however when I brought a gift to be delivered we encountered problems as a card was not put through the door informing the recipient where to pick up gift as they were not home ….. in saying that they were very happy with the gift when finally getting it .”
