“Large grey chiffon tray bought as a Christmas present for my wife when unwrapped was found to have a nasty brown mark under the lacquer. I am now having to take it to the Post Office and (according to their website) pay myself to return defective goods. This returns policy adds insult to injury and it is hard to see how it accords with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 !”
