“I ordered two items one of which arrived damaged. I phoned and it was replaced straight away. This arrived today and while it was fine the courier asked me to check it as the box was so damaged. There was no protection around it. It looked like it had been stood on the box was ripped - squashed. As the first dish drainer was bent I think I was lucky it was not another damaged item. Maybe you packing needs looking at.”

“Great company to deal with. The product (plastic drip tray for draining board) is solid, but does not actually drain all the water into the sink, so I can see it is going to get limescaled quite quickly. But I will do my best to keep it clean. And it does look nice. First time it was delivered it had been damaged by courier. Second time it was packaged much better - very prompt service, so thank you for this. Second item took a while to arrive, but that was over Christmas, New Year and the postal strikes.”

“I ordered what I thought was a 3 pack of the spray mop mops. I'd looked on Amazon and the were the same price so I decided to order direct from Addis. When I came to complete the order and pay I was quoted p&p. As I was quite desperate for the replacements so I paid it. The delivery was speedy and the goods well packed. However on opening there was only one mop head. I rang Customer Services where the lovely advisor confirmed it was indeed only one mop head. Obviously I'd not read the Web page correctly so it's my fault but to think if I'd gone to Amazon I could have got 3 replacements for the same price and no p&p is annoying.”

“I bought this floor mop to replace my existing one, as the sponge in that one persisted in detaching itself from the frame. I couldn't see a reason why this was happening, but hopefully the new one will give the long service I value from this appliance.”

“Overall a good quality item that fits my draining board very well and looks smart and attractive with my stainless steel sink unit! My only criticism is that the plate rack 'dividers' might be on a little more backward slanting so that large plates and bowls don't fall forward as they can do if not positioned carefully with something in front to support them!”

“The bin lid is great for the price. Although its a teency big for my 50L bin it does sit firmly on the frame and has restored the functionality of the bin.”

“The drainer is sleek and modern and very easy to clean. Only improvement I would like is a lower and more obvious spout to drain the water into the sink. The water tends to remain in part on the current lip.”

“Bought a new bottle for me Addis spray mop, as I was daft enough to put boiling water into the old bottle. New bottle was a reasonable price but post and packaging made it bouble. Nearly bought a whole new mop but I don't like waste”

“I recently bought a spray mop but shortly afterward it started to leak. I suspected the bottle and eventually got around to purchasing a spare. The spare arrived quite promptly and sure enough, it was something I had done to the bottle as the problem is now solved and the mop works perfectly.”
