“Ordering process was good. I asked for the delivery people to ring me beforehand - but they didn't. Nobody knocked or rang the bell. My daughter found the bin in the back garden.”

“Good drying rack, only let down by rubbish tiny plastic wheels (which barely allow the rolling aspect of it to work), so had to get some bigger casters (75mm) and drill them into the plastic plug (since the existing ones have about a 7mm diameter pin, which I couldn't find any better alternatives that would fit that size of hole). But the quality of the rack seems good (though obviously limited value of review, since it has only been used for a few weeks so far & what people probably want to know is how long it will last ???”

“I love my spray and clean mop but unfortunately the only place to order a new bottle was on Addis online/ phone site and it took at least receive. Also for such a light item the postage was almost as much as the replacement bottle which is unreasonable.”

“Website was very easy to use. The range of products is well laid out and ordering was straight forward. However, delivery was not. After ordering I received an order acknowledgement which said that I would be informed when the bin would be dispatched and then a further email from the delivery agent telling me when it would be delivered. I received neither and the bin was left with a neighbour with no card put through the letter box saying that delivery had been attempted and where it was left. With regard to the bin, quality is good and all that is required regarding assembly, is to fit the lid to the body of the bin, which, with the provided instructions was very simple.”

“The dimensions of the washing up bowl didn’t size up with my old washing up bowl by Addis I didn’t know whether to measure it from the outer edges or from the inner edges Well, it is well made and I’ve kept it but my last bowl only lasted 3 1/2 years, not five like your guarantee so there you go !”

“This item is unique because it's a cover for a shirt ironing board with similar ends. Covers have been out of stock and I was obliged to wait for delivery to their distribution centre but when they arrived my order was delivered and I'm quite pleased with the quality.”

“I ordered two items one of which arrived damaged. I phoned and it was replaced straight away. This arrived today and while it was fine the courier asked me to check it as the box was so damaged. There was no protection around it. It looked like it had been stood on the box was ripped - squashed. As the first dish drainer was bent I think I was lucky it was not another damaged item. Maybe you packing needs looking at.”

“Great company to deal with. The product (plastic drip tray for draining board) is solid, but does not actually drain all the water into the sink, so I can see it is going to get limescaled quite quickly. But I will do my best to keep it clean. And it does look nice. First time it was delivered it had been damaged by courier. Second time it was packaged much better - very prompt service, so thank you for this. Second item took a while to arrive, but that was over Christmas, New Year and the postal strikes.”

“I ordered what I thought was a 3 pack of the spray mop mops. I'd looked on Amazon and the were the same price so I decided to order direct from Addis. When I came to complete the order and pay I was quoted p&p. As I was quite desperate for the replacements so I paid it. The delivery was speedy and the goods well packed. However on opening there was only one mop head. I rang Customer Services where the lovely advisor confirmed it was indeed only one mop head. Obviously I'd not read the Web page correctly so it's my fault but to think if I'd gone to Amazon I could have got 3 replacements for the same price and no p&p is annoying.”
