“The bowl is absolutely brilliant. Made of sturdy material and easy to keep clean. Great. The drainer is a bit of a disappointment. I needed to get one to fit the draining board so my choices were limited. My previous one was Addis and was great. This one not so good. It has no substance. Is quite flimsy and the area for the plates barely holds them so we have to be extra careful. I will be replacing it elsewhere as soon as I can as not happy with it.”

“The new mop arrived, I of course tried it out only to find that one of the plastic catches to attach the mop head to snapped off the first time I used it so the mop head had to be replaced. Iwas diasappointed as my old mop with metal nuts was far superior.”

“I needed to replace my previous 2-litre food-saver (used as lunch-box) only due to an incident that broke it as it would've lasted well for even more years, already 10 years old, thus i wanted another so it was good to see the company still producing its well-known housewares directly via their easy-to-use website. Postage was fast, though the container was put loose in the sent box but it wasn't damaged. The only negative is that the lid of the new container doesn't fit as well as the old one and requires extra effort to fully seal down and there's no feel to it 'clipping on' so sometimes it isn't seated properly. Looking at the lid & main container body there is some excess material, i haven't felt too annoyed to ask for a replacement as i'm hoping it wears-in over time to eventually seat together properly, but only 4-stars this time - other than that it's fine overall.”

“Ordered and received a set of recycling bins. One didn’t work properly eventually got a reply from complaints about replacement. Didn’t receive any notification that the items were dispatched, maybe something they could look into.”

“We have used Addis washing up bowls for years and either bought them in a store or more latterly online as it's sometimes not easy to find a local stockist. I recently purchased two washing up bowls, the mint one is perfect, however, the yellow one has quite a few hollow air pockets in the base and I am concerned that over time a hole might appear rendering the bowl useless. A replacement of the yellow one would be appreciated and I am quite happy to return the faulty yellow one with a pre-paid address label. My order number was #100157037 (02/08/2023). “I recently ordered a collapsible clothes airer from Addis and I am delighted with it. I live in a flat with a balcony where I dry my washing and need to be able to lift the airer in and out of my kitchen door so it needs to be robust. Addis did not let me down; it is strongly made. I had a bad experience about 6 weeks previously when I ordered an airer which was cheaply made and the legs bowed within a couple of weeks and which became useless. Lessons learned.”

“Good drying rack, only let down by rubbish tiny plastic wheels (which barely allow the rolling aspect of it to work), so had to get some bigger casters (75mm) and drill them into the plastic plug (since the existing ones have about a 7mm diameter pin, which I couldn't find any better alternatives that would fit that size of hole). But the quality of the rack seems good (though obviously limited value of review, since it has only been used for a few weeks so far & what people probably want to know is how long it will last ???”

“I love my spray and clean mop but unfortunately the only place to order a new bottle was on Addis online/ phone site and it took at least receive. Also for such a light item the postage was almost as much as the replacement bottle which is unreasonable.”
