“The bit we purchased are good quality, however there was other bit we may have had but they were the wrong colour. Seems not all items available in all colours”

“I was disappointed with the quality of this product in comparison to the one i purchased many years ago the wire thickness is very inferior to that of the old one. I feel instead of selling them in threes It would be better to sell single ones of better quality The ordering and delivery were fine”

“Ordering was simple, thought I'd receive my item sooner as I was ordering directly from the manufacturer. As it took approximately 1 week to arrive from date of ordering dispatching and delivering! On 1st use the pin kept falling out causing the arm of my superdry mop to disengage. Making mopping impossible. I phoned customer service ,where she was apologetic and advised I send in an email with photos of mop,and offered to replace the mop asap. I recieved my replacement mop within a couple of days this time. So all good in the end. I've been using an old addidas superdry mop for approx ten years now when it finally broke. I've always found it very good at cleaning even dried in spills, and leaves the floor virtually dry! So hopefully this one will last as long.”

“I have used Superdry mop heads for washing kitchen floor & found them very good. Kitchenware also very good. However we have had 2 collapsable washing baskets which started to crack after about 6 months use so will not be buying them again. Generally we have found Addis products very good.”

“The laundry basket replaced the exact same model that was over 20 years old. Couldn’t find it on any retail site or Amazon so ordered direct from Addis. Excellent service and price for a brilliant item”

“I have given a 4 because my original order did not arrive (minus one star to Hermes/Evri) - a pain because it was a washing-up bowl for my elderly mother who finds it difficult to shop & lives 200 miles away- however, a call to your customer service centre fixed all that. Ryan sent out a new one immediately by DPD & saved the day (5 stars). Many thanks.”

“We love the products and have used Addis food containers as long as I can remember. The only reason I have given it a 4 was the packaging on what I ordered. It came in a huge box with lots of plastic. It would have been far better to stack the containers with their lids on the side into a smaller box and to use brown paper packing rather than bubble wrap.”

“Very pleased with my replacement bottle for my Addis mop. Disappointed that I couldn't buy it in my local hardware shop and had to pay so much postage for an empty plastic bottle which seemed over the top.”

“Seems well made and should prove useful. Concerned there is no material identification or recycling code. For a plastic in contact with food, I would have liked to have known what it is and whether it is BPA free and also free of any other toxic chemicals.”

“I gave the bowl and cutlery container four out of five, they are very good and the right colour for our kitchen but after a year or so of use the red colour drains out of the plastic and they need replacing, this may be planned maintenance, but I think they should last longer.”

“All great, it just would have been better to repair my bin lid, instead of getting a while new one just because the metal mechanism broke, all the plastic parts were fine but no option to repair, at least it wasn't the whole bin I suppose.”
