“Bought a new bottle for me Addis spray mop, as I was daft enough to put boiling water into the old bottle. New bottle was a reasonable price but post and packaging made it bouble. Nearly bought a whole new mop but I don't like waste”

“I recently bought a spray mop but shortly afterward it started to leak. I suspected the bottle and eventually got around to purchasing a spare. The spare arrived quite promptly and sure enough, it was something I had done to the bottle as the problem is now solved and the mop works perfectly.”

“I emailed Addis to ask when an ironing board cover was going to back in stock. They gave me a date and then emailed me just after that date to let me know the shipment had been delayed which I thought was fantastic customer services”

“Everything was good apart from the Lyndsey Miracle sponge, it didn't remove scuff marks from my shoes, and it wasn't clear whether you had to wet the sponge, use it dry so not a success with me.”

“I have always bought Addis products and I recently needed a new kitchen bin as I had broken the lid of my old one. It arrived but the box was flimsy and with hardly any padding inside, and sadly the new bin was badly damaged. Whilst very disappointed, I am glad to say that this was promptly resolved by customer services and a new bin arrived within days.”

“I was disappointed with the quality of this product in comparison to the one i purchased many years ago the wire thickness is very inferior to that of the old one. I feel instead of selling them in threes It would be better to sell single ones of better quality The ordering and delivery were fine”

“Ordering was simple, thought I'd receive my item sooner as I was ordering directly from the manufacturer. As it took approximately 1 week to arrive from date of ordering dispatching and delivering! On 1st use the pin kept falling out causing the arm of my superdry mop to disengage. Making mopping impossible. I phoned customer service ,where she was apologetic and advised I send in an email with photos of mop,and offered to replace the mop asap. I recieved my replacement mop within a couple of days this time. So all good in the end. I've been using an old addidas superdry mop for approx ten years now when it finally broke. I've always found it very good at cleaning even dried in spills, and leaves the floor virtually dry! So hopefully this one will last as long.”

“I have used Superdry mop heads for washing kitchen floor & found them very good. Kitchenware also very good. However we have had 2 collapsable washing baskets which started to crack after about 6 months use so will not be buying them again. Generally we have found Addis products very good.”
