“I couldn't give an acceptable rating as the bin arrived dirty and with a noticeable scuff on the lid. Once cleaned it does what a bin should do, we just ignore the scuff mark.”

“My new drainer and cutlery basket are just what I wanted. I always prefer Addis and usually get the colour grey but this time chose cream colour and am very pleased with it, definitely a great choice.”

“Already had the spray mop which makes life so much easy. Safes getting down on hands and knees. Now part an additional mop head so can always have a clean one whilst one is in the wash.”

“Having used your sink drainers for years, and the latest one which had lasted for many years but finally started to break off where the cup/mug section was, I tried to purchase another. NOT possible as you do not appear to make them anymore. I purchased this one from you to replace it hoping it would fit ...it doesn't. I purchased another large drainer made by you yesterday from Dunelm. It doesn't fit. I am extremely disappointed as I am now left with a cheap and nasty one that does fit but won't last five minutes as certainly not the quality of yours. I wish companies would not keep changing the sizing of items that have been perfectly satisfactory in the past. I have given a 5* rating for quality as there are no others to match that. A disappointed customer.”
