“I needed to ask a question before I bought a cover for an Addis rotary clothesline. Did this by live chat and had a quick and useful reply leading to an order that was dispatched promptly. And the cover was the right one for our line!!”

“Have bought various Addis items since 1976, it is now 2022, this says it all. Still have and use a colander bought in the 70's, looks as good as new, but like to change the washing bowl and drainer frequently.”

“I have given a 4 because my original order did not arrive (minus one star to Hermes/Evri) - a pain because it was a washing-up bowl for my elderly mother who finds it difficult to shop & lives 200 miles away- however, a call to your customer service centre fixed all that. Ryan sent out a new one immediately by DPD & saved the day (5 stars). Many thanks.”

“We love the products and have used Addis food containers as long as I can remember. The only reason I have given it a 4 was the packaging on what I ordered. It came in a huge box with lots of plastic. It would have been far better to stack the containers with their lids on the side into a smaller box and to use brown paper packing rather than bubble wrap.”
