“I bought the Addis shirtmaster ironing board cover. It fits the shape of the board fine but the pullcord isn't great and the cover is loose on the long sides. No other product available that I could find to fit the board shape, so I'll stick with it. Just wish Addis would provide a better fitting product than this.”

“I had this washing up bowl before but unfortunately I had damaged it and needed to replace it. When I tried to order a new one, they were out of stock. I did look at an alternative one, but nothing compared to this one. I waited until they were back in stock and I am glad I did, nothing compares to the quality this washing up bowl has. I am very happy.”

“I've had Addis plastic storage containers for some years now and I noticed how the plastic kept its suppleness and robustness. So when I was looking for additional cereal containers I wanted to get an Addis brand, not only for its quality but also to match what I already had. I also liked the ergonomic shape and size (2.5 litre) of the cereal containers. Unfortunately, I could not find the brand anywhere but I manage to buy them online. I ordered two and I am pleased with them. The service and delivery were also very efficient and prompt. I've given 4 stars instead of 5 because Addis had only blue tops (no white tops) but that's a minor point, quality and design is there.”

“Company mislabelled my parcel leasing me to have to pay a customs charge of £8 when the item itself was worth £9. Customs should not have been applied under £20 but they labelled the parcel as worth £23”

“Goods first class, delivery service appalling. When order was tracked it wasn’t out for delivery, next morning it said it had been delivered - the box had been left on the doorstep at 8.45 the previous evening with no door knocked or bell rung and in the storms could easily have blown away.”
