“Ordered a replacement mop bottle. Took a week to be delivered and was posted in a Jiffy bag and this was all ripped when delivered. Luckily no damage but not impressed with the packaging.”

“Customer service was great. I bought a rotary airer along with the cover the retailer recommended , unfortunately it didn’t fit. So I contacted Addis directly by email, I received a prompt reply letting me know which cover I needed. So, I ordered online directly from Addis, cover delivered in two days, great! Incidentally, it was cheaper and better quality than the first one, win win.”

“The Addis pot brush is perfect for washing up - a small head gets into the corners and edges, and the scraper at the end lifts stuck-on food easily. I have used the design of brush for years and years and intend to do so for many years more.”

“I was pleasantly surprised when I found the Addis mop very lightweight and easy to fill and use. It did a great job of cleaning my quite large kitchen on only one container of detergent. Also it is not necessary to change the cleaning surface every time the mop is used. In my opinion this product is good value for money”

“All great, it just would have been better to repair my bin lid, instead of getting a while new one just because the metal mechanism broke, all the plastic parts were fine but no option to repair, at least it wasn't the whole bin I suppose.”
