“Ordered a new Spray Mop Bottle as mine was missing a valve/part and was constantly leaking the liquid. The replacement bottle only cost £5 delivered plus it turned up in 2-days from date of order. I'd much rather do this than buy an entire new mop. The replacement bottle works perfect. A note for all, my onwn one was only missing a miniscule rubber bag that that goes over the air hold on the screw cap - so watch out that you don't knock this off or lose it in future or you'll have the same fault.”

“I was trying to replace an Addis plate rack I had for years. The item you sent was of poor quality material, the plate holders were too shallow to hold dinner plates and bore no comparison to the one I had. I gave it away.I am not interested in supplying any further information. Nicoline Duffy”

“Prynhawn Da / good afternoon, Quality, British and eco (I think you re-used a box from elsewhere - a nice touch which Bristol Museums employed in a recent despatch to me, too) -a hattrick in my book. Just kicking myself that I didn`t buy a spatula which I could have added to my initial order without having to add to p & p, which I would have to do, were I do make an additional order now. “Ordered and received a set of recycling bins. One didn’t work properly eventually got a reply from complaints about replacement. Didn’t receive any notification that the items were dispatched, maybe something they could look into.”

“Not necessarily Addis fault but still haven't got order from 11th August DX have lost it, damaged it and the latest is they have sent it back to Addis. It was only small item I couldn't get in shops. But totally fed up getting in touch with Addis and DX who you can't contact.”
