“Thank you so much for your very kind assistance after I made an error on my initial order! The lady I spoke to was very kind and sorted the problem out for me immediately and graciously and the delivery was made in record time! This was very commendable Customer Service for which I was extremely grateful! I had intended to write to you but I had a spell of illness. Thank you! I will order from you again. Mrs Faulkner”

“Sturdy up to a point but... 1: Although Made in Britain, there's no recycling symbol really??!.... Surely there are plastic-type materials these days that CAN be recycled these days. Hence, sadly I definitely won't be buying another one in future... 2: The notches that keep the centre partition could be longer as sometimes it comes adrift. Thanks.”

“So useful to be able to get a replacement press top lid for the kitchen bin I had had for ten years therefore avoiding unnecessary plastic waste. Thank you Addis for this very green service and also for the prompt delivery and secure packaging.”

“Excellent drainer, delighted to get a replacement the same as the original which has seen many years of use. The washing up bowl fits my sink exactly and I like the smooth shiny finish inside the bowl. The bin is used for recycling collection in my kitchen it is bigger than my last, would have preferred a slighty smaller size. Excellent quality plastic, light weight and like the fresh linen white shade. Delighted to purchase a uk made product. The delivery was with DX......they were dreadful, they failed on two deliveries as hadn't let us know when they were coming and when the parcel arrived it was badly torn, squashed and bashed about and the courier was unapologetic and unpleasant. No care had been taken in our opinion. In future I would suggest Addis use a different delivery company”

“Not as big as I was expecting, I had to keep my old one to use to put a full load out to dry, new rack not big enough. So using two now. I also think it's expensive for what it is.”
