I was sent a square dustbin top, not the rectangular one I ordered.
Instead of taking my word for it, I was asked to send photos of the incorrect swing bin top.
I am a techie so this was not too complicated, but for a normal person (90% of the population), this would be a drama
I am still waiting for the correct lid. I'm not bothered about the money, but won't order another one, as they may send the wrong item again.
