“Addis are a reliable, quality brand and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them over other brands as their products are well made and outlast cheaper ones.”

“I gave the bowl and cutlery container four out of five, they are very good and the right colour for our kitchen but after a year or so of use the red colour drains out of the plastic and they need replacing, this may be planned maintenance, but I think they should last longer.”

“Ordered a replacement mop bottle. Took a week to be delivered and was posted in a Jiffy bag and this was all ripped when delivered. Luckily no damage but not impressed with the packaging.”

“Customer service was great. I bought a rotary airer along with the cover the retailer recommended , unfortunately it didn’t fit. So I contacted Addis directly by email, I received a prompt reply letting me know which cover I needed. So, I ordered online directly from Addis, cover delivered in two days, great! Incidentally, it was cheaper and better quality than the first one, win win.”

“We recently bought this item to replace the same one we have had for over 10 years, as we were happy with its size, sturdiness and usefulness. We also wanted to buy something which is made in the UK, rather than something made in China. We are happy with our purchase.”
