Whilst the goods were of an acceptable quality the service on the order was not. I was not informed when the items were to be delivered or by whom. They came in two separate parcels and the packaging on the second one came torn with holes in it. When I phoned to find out what was happening after the first delivery I was informed that there wasn't anyone in who could help and I would have to try phoning the next day. In the end I sent an email but received no response until after the second package arrived once again without warning.
