“I ordered a bed and mattress for my son's birthday. Only the bed arrived, so he was unable to sleep in it on his birthday. I then had to take a second day off work to be at home for the delivery of the mattress. No compensation was offer.”

“Fixings are decent quality but had expected the timber to be seasoned and a good fit. The timber post diameters are over machined compared to size of the metal. This creates sideways movement.”

“Not only the item arrive 2 weeks after I ordered it rather that the 4 working days that you've stated on your website, the colours were not as seen on your website. I have specifically pick the item for the vibrant colours of red and white however when it arrived, it was beige and orange! This is the second time this happened to me (first time I ordered pink walker and it arrived red and green) and I will not be buying anything from your website anymore!”

We're sorry to hear that you've had issues with your swing. Regarding the cracks, Soulet swing sets use natural wood, which means that sometimes cracks will appear in the swing. When the wood gets wet it will swell and fill the cracks, and in the dry summer heat they may crack again. This does not affect the structural integrity of the product. We are however always happy to examine the wood if you are still unhappy, and address any issues that you may have with a product that is still under warranty.
