“Cheapest price online (& in store) for the trampoline I bought. Very fast delivery. Well packaged. Website easy to use and payment secure and straightforward. Only problem I had was understanding the instructions for the assembly of the product and there were no specific guidelines on the website. This however is down to the manufacturer I feel and not ATD.”

“I ordered the double swing, an extra swing seat incase anything went wrong with the other seat in the future and the TP rapids slide with slide extension. The TNT delivery man arrived with three small parcels and said that was it. It was two swing seats and the acrobat seat. I was very worried that I had jyst paid hundreds of pounds for nothing. I rang Activity Toys and told them. They explained I should be receiving nine parcels and rang TNT and then rang me back. The other 6 were on a later van. They were pleasant to deal with. The second delivery van arrived with the other 6 giant parcels. The slide was tricky to put together. It took us 3 and half hours. It was worth it when we saw our kuds n it. The swing was easier. It was untreated wood. The cracks on the wooden poles looked deep and worried us but if you look on the TP website it explains that wood does this in the summer. The kids love the swing. So far so good. It has only been a few weeks though.”

“Very prompt and efficient delivery. The Plum climbing cube is fantastic, the children love it, a lot of activity for a pretty small footprint (our garden is quite small.) The only comment is that it did take quite a long time to make - longer than the stated 6 hours for 2 people! But all in all a fab piece of kit.”

“I didn't actually make a purchase as there was some confusion around a delivery date but the prompt communication and subsequent refund was handled excellently. I would certainly recommend them based in my experience”

“I had my order cancelled. And when I called up to find out why. I was told a load of lies about being contacted. I was then called by a director as i was complaining and his words were ' we sell to who ever we like and can cancel orders when we feel like it, maby this director should have a look at his terms.”
