“Item turned up on time, but was missing a crucial part which rendered it completely useless. Not the fault directly of Activity Toys Direct, but 24 hours after requesting a refund I have heard ABSOLUTELY NOTHING from them.”

“Great price and great service. I needed the trampoline for our daughters birthday present but the web site only gave option for it to be delivered on the day. I fmaiked asking if it was possible for the day before. I called the same day, just in case, and Garry advised he had already sent the email and it could b delivered the day I requested! Perfect! Highly recommended 👍”

“We ordered my daughters new swing set. Found it at a great price and was able to get it delivered within 48hrs. Now that it is built, we couldn't be happier. Great product and great service...thank you Activity Toys Direct!”

“On delivery, both boxes were split / torn. There were several bars of the trampoline which were bent and had to be hammered to straightened. The delivery driver added that to his register as damaged. This was a very poor experience.”

“Bought the EXIT AquaFlow Maxi set for 6 years old granddaughter with a great price and next day delivery. Couple of glitches [ missing liners, broken part ] dealt with promptly by Beth C with next day arrival of replacement set and uplift of faulty set. Excellent service minimised inconvenience and I would highly recommend Activity Toys Direct as a highly reputable and trustworthy supplier”
