“Ordered swing which arrived next day which was great but disappointed in the fact that when putting it together the second screw actually snapped when my husband was screwing it in. Cheap and nasty screws. Also the wooden poles were badly split”

“The quality of the purchase. My husband needs help to put the structure up and concrete the posts in before our grandchildren can use it. I bought a swing set from Activity Toys when my children were young and the quality and safety was second to none; that is why I bought from them again and because the price was affordable for such good quality and what the swing set offered. “We are pleased with the product in the end but not the delivery service. Your chosen delivery service, TNT were poor and it is a shame that you said the delivery service was nothing to do with you and we should contact them direct. Also the delivery slot is 9-6 with no possibility of any smaller slot. The trampoline did not arrive on the day it was supposed to be delivered and so we had to wait in a further whole day. When it arrived one part was faulty and we were told a new one would arrive the following day. It didn't. It arrived the following week. Each day the products did not arrive was because the driver ran out of legal hours. We assume TNT is expecting drivers to do far too much in one day. TNT also told us they do not give their drivers phones so they cannot text/ring with a smaller delivery slot. It would be far better to give realistic delivery times and use a better delivery service.”

“Quick delivery, we pre-0rdered as was out of stock and it arrived 4 days later and left in back garden as requested so thanks! It is excellent quality, easy to build only took half an hour! It is the best price on Internet and shops, looks fab and my kids absolutely love it. It takes all our weight even though 50kg is recommended it even takes the parents weight easily”

“Part of the swing was missing and the holes were all out of line. Very disappointed. Tried to call and offices were closed. A very expensive birthday present which has not lived up to expectations.”
