We are pleased with the product in the end but not the delivery service. Your chosen delivery service, TNT were poor and it is a shame that you said the delivery service was nothing to do with you and we should contact them direct. Also the delivery slot is 9-6 with no possibility of any smaller slot. The trampoline did not arrive on the day it was supposed to be delivered and so we had to wait in a further whole day. When it arrived one part was faulty and we were told a new one would arrive the following day. It didn't. It arrived the following week. Each day the products did not arrive was because the driver ran out of legal hours. We assume TNT is expecting drivers to do far too much in one day. TNT also told us they do not give their drivers phones so they cannot text/ring with a smaller delivery slot. It would be far better to give realistic delivery times and use a better delivery service.
