“There is still part of the delivery missing. I asked for it all to be delivered last Thursday ready for my daughters birthday presant and party on Friday, but as part of the delivery was missing my daughter has not had a birthday present and we are still waiting.”

“Order did not arrive on chosen date. Came day after due to some mix up. The company were apologetic. Good luck with your DIY skills putting the tower together. It took an absolute age with pre drilled holes not lined up and break in the construction to buy better quality screws. The company says they haven’t had any other feedback about this product so we must be unlucky as I say Good Luck !!”

“We bought the plum swing and slide set for our 1 year olds birthday recently and he absolutely loves it! Great value for money in comparison to everywhere else and free next day delivery! If only somebody could have put it together for us to save my partner trying to figure it out for hours :) would definitely buy from here again thank you for making my little boy very happy on his birthday at such short notice !”
