“I waited in all day on Friday for my order to arrive, it never arrived.. This was a birthday present for my granddaughter whose birthday was on Saturday. Very disappointed I sent an email and I am waiting for an explanation. I work Monday to Thursday long days so it will take another week for this to be delivered.”

We're terribly sorry for the inconvenience caused by the item being delayed. This was due to an issue with our courier which meant they couldn't deliver it to you on Friday unfortunately. We have arranged to hold this item for you and get this back out to you this Friday, and have upgraded the service to an AM delivery to ensure you don't have to wait in all day. Once again we are very sorry for the disappointment and inconvenience.

“unfortunately items ordered turned out to be out of stock with nothing of comparable price to replace, as such due to urgency we paid extra but ended up with a much better than expected item - which was delivered next day despite late phone call from them. 4 stars rather than 5 but very pleased with their customer service regardless.”
