“My son loved the Thomas Roller Coaster, as i knew he would! I was disappointed when I discovered a few parts were missing from the box but the speedy reply to my email and great customer service saw the missing parts arrive the very next day!”

“We didn't want a wooden sandpit as we were putting it onto decking, most of them don't come with a base and we didn't want the decking to rot or stain. This one is a great size, kids love it and the lid stops rain and cats getting in.”

“Purchased a Berg go kart for my 5 year old grandson. I tried to access the online chat to help with selection but it was not accessible which was a bit disappointing but I contacted by telephone. The sales advisor couldn’t have been more helpful. The go kart is very sturdy and easy to assemble. It arrived exactly as promised by courier and was sensibly packaged. Overall a very positive experience.”

“Great service. Having called to double check if in stock as I had been let down by previous suppliers the team checked the warehouse while I waited which I hugely appreciated. Delivery was next day which was fantastic. The item quality is fantastic, extremely well made and it looks a high quality product that you’d find in any good playground. I warn you that if you are not experienced in DIY this may prove tricky. The instructions are clear although a handful of steps I wish pre-warned about a future step which helped with the positioning but other than that they were great. Even though my dad is experienced having built stables, chicken pens and post and rail still Putting together took all day but it was worth it! I would definitely recommend this company and the product.”

“Do NOT ORDER FROM ACTIVITY TOYS Ordered a slide and climbing frame it broke after two months have been refused a refund we have given so many chances to give a replacement we constantly are getting emails with dates for delivery I have taken 3 separate days of work now nearly a month from first complaint and still have no working slide we now want a full refund we have been let down on so many occasions by activity toys but they still refusing a refund disgusted with the customer care”

Dear Mr Weight, As previously discussed it was Plum sending the replacing the slide rather than us. We have apologized that this has not turned up and have dealt with this appropriately as discussed we have never once refused to refund. Again apologies for the inconvenience caused, I hope you can understand that we have done everything we can to resolve the issues.

“DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY STAY WELL AWAY I would like to start by saying if I could of given no stars I would of we have had the plum metal dome climbing frame and slide we have had it only 2 months and the slide had split with my 4 year old son on it we have given them every opportunity to send a replacement with constant days taken off work to be home for delivery and it hasn't been sent after numerous emails phone calls we are constantly being given delivery dates so we have now been without a working slide and climbing frame for nearly a month now and activity toys are refusing to give us a refund we are disgusted with the customer service we have not received should i say not to mention the accident my son could of had awful company awful customer service”
