“Do NOT ORDER FROM ACTIVITY TOYS Ordered a slide and climbing frame it broke after two months have been refused a refund we have given so many chances to give a replacement we constantly are getting emails with dates for delivery I have taken 3 separate days of work now nearly a month from first complaint and still have no working slide we now want a full refund we have been let down on so many occasions by activity toys but they still refusing a refund disgusted with the customer care”

Dear Mr Weight, As previously discussed it was Plum sending the replacing the slide rather than us. We have apologized that this has not turned up and have dealt with this appropriately as discussed we have never once refused to refund. Again apologies for the inconvenience caused, I hope you can understand that we have done everything we can to resolve the issues.

“DO NOT GO TO THIS COMPANY STAY WELL AWAY I would like to start by saying if I could of given no stars I would of we have had the plum metal dome climbing frame and slide we have had it only 2 months and the slide had split with my 4 year old son on it we have given them every opportunity to send a replacement with constant days taken off work to be home for delivery and it hasn't been sent after numerous emails phone calls we are constantly being given delivery dates so we have now been without a working slide and climbing frame for nearly a month now and activity toys are refusing to give us a refund we are disgusted with the customer service we have not received should i say not to mention the accident my son could of had awful company awful customer service”

“Great little picnic table. Ideal for our young grandchildren. All arrived in good condition. Easy to assemble. Sturdy enough for youngsters. Especially impressed by rounded corners of the corner planks. Would buy again.”

“Quick Delivery. Easy to put together. Took me 2hrs or so on my own. Our Kids love the Swings+Rope+Ladder. Keeps them happy. Glad we bought a wooden one this time. Nice addition to the garden. The price was right for us (discount Included). Would of probably gone for something else at the original price. Happy though plus kids are happy.”

“We have been so impressed with the service, lowest price,brilliant product and choice of courier, who were so helpful when we were trying to find out delivery time etc Our boys age 7, 10, 12 (and neighbours) have played on the swing and climbing frame set non stop. Straightforward to put together and excellent quality parts etc Very happy family of customers :)”

“I was really pleased with the purchase of a 2in 1 swing for my granddaughter who is only 20months old. We managed to erect the swing with the toddler seat and it is very well made and an ideal toy. The delivery was quick with info being delivered to my mobile phone so l was able to be in to receive it.”
