“Very quick delivery, excellent product. My granddaughter loves this swing, will definitely be buying more items for my granddaughter from this company. They have a brilliant range of products. The swing is so very strong and the wood could not be any smoother. Great company”

“missing parts ...growing wooden swing i seemed to have to do all the tel / emails / to you to get 'fast' response (parts still not yet recd ...... ) should be today 12/07...... but as i ordered this for my grandsons first birthday on the 08/07 to be used at his party .....VERY ANNOYED to say the least .... I know the supplier is PLUM .... who would have packaged this item .... But as i purchased form you ***** looking for some kind of credit as *****compensation for delay as disappointment Mrs Karen Ward”

“Was worried after reading some reviews but I got my item the day I selected while ordering and my husband built it fairly easily. The plum loris wooden swing set. Would defo use again as it was the cheapest I could find online.”

“The wooden poles have a massive split In then, this would allow rain water and rot in weeks, we need a replacement please as for birthday present.”

“Product of good quality and exactly as stated. However delivery with DPD dreadful! I was expecting delivery to my home address only to be informed by email that it was going to be delivered to local Halfords store! Took day off work to stay in for delivery. DPD informed me that they would send a passcode to pick up goods from store but I didn’t get one from them. I went to store but they wouldn’t let me have the goods without the passcode. The goods were behind the counter waiting with my name on but I had to go home to wait for code. I eventually after slot of effort and frustration got through to a customer advisor at DPD the next day, who said the goods had not been delivered to store yet. I politely disagreed as I had seen the goods the day before. After 15 minutes waiting on the phone the CSA said I could go collect the goods in store with ID. I went to store and the assistant just handed the goods over and did not verify my ID at all. Very frustrating! At last I got my goods but a day later than needed to be and missed giving my grand-daughter her birthday present on her birthday. Really annoying as I had paid for the privilege of choosing delivery date on purchase! Not happy with delivery service and will not be using the company again!”

“Loved the water wall shame about the poor service I received for dpd couriers. I went to 4 different shops to try and collect my parcel. Not your fault but consider using different courier.”

“I originally purchased my little tikes choo choo from these as they were 30 pounds cheaper than other stores. I needed a extra trailer which is what i ordered this time. I wasnt impressed that the packaging was completely battered but luckily the item which had no protection other than said bad battered box was still ok. I get lots of comments about the choo choo l. Very good company with quick delivery. My only comment woukd be ti ensure the products have better protection when out for delivery as mine was battered with holes everywhere and pieces could have fallen out.”
