“Got delivered quickly and all parts were there and good quality. Only problem is that there is a lot of movement in the frame of the swing due to the sockets being to big. This might be fixed by using wedges to pack it out. Maybe better having the sockets made smaller!”

“Absolutely perfect! Kids love it. My youngest two are aged 6 and 8 and they just can’t get enough of this swing set. Thank you for the prompt delivery also, next day delivery and it was delivered by 10am.”

“I ordered a 'pre oder' Plum Swing from Acitivity Toys Direct and contacted the company as I had a few delivery queries. All those I spoke to were very helpful and I found out that the swing had come in to stock early. I ordered online at 12pm and it came the next day. Their courier - Tuffnells were also very helpful and between 12-1pm I could ring if my order hadn't arrived and they could contact the driver to get an approximate time. Delivery was very easy and the delivery driver was very courteous. The only issue I had was the manufacturers fault as there were 2 spring washers missing (nothing major) I called Activity Toys Direct at 4pm ish for advice and they said they would contact me with a solution most likely the next day - I was contacted at 5.30pm the same day where I was informed the parts would be sent first class the next day. From start to finish this has been a great buying experience and other companies (especially larger ones) could learn from this especially their customer service. I will be using them again in the future and would highly recommend.”

“Good product durable materials used, comfortable handle to push it, coviniant bottle holders and storage for nappies wipes etc very smooth looks nice others kids go mad when see it easy foldable handle for storage, if your thinking of getting and electric ride on do not this is a lot more convenient as you can take it shopping etc same as a buggy.”

“Arrived on time and as expected. Good quality, required assembly but I managed myself as my husband was on conference. The dinosaures we received were different colours than on the picture but I like the bright colours and one pink perfect for my little girl. She loves to play with it.”

“Item came in good condition no problem with activity toys direct, unfortunately your delivery company TNT did not deliver next day, tried to blame activity toys direct for the lack of tracking and then delivered the item at 5pm the day after. You may want to look in to that as it will put customers off reordering”

“I placed an order for a kids outdoor picnic table. On the website it said in stock. You took money out of my bank account and days later i got an email back saying out of stock. I really needed this picnic set for my nephew for his birthday. I was told just days before my nephews birthday that this picnic table set was not available. Service was terrible. My order was cancelled by email notification. Terrible experiance . Will not recommend to others.”

I'm sorry that you were unhappy with your experience on our website. Unfortunately this happened due to a stock error on our site, and because of this you were able to place an order for an item that was out of stock. As your order was placed on a Friday night, we were unable to find and correct this until Monday morning as the office was closed. Your money was refunded as soon as our customer service team were back in the office at 9:16am on Monday morning. Once again we are very sorry for the disappointment that this has caused.

“Excellent Service, product was easy to find I purchased it to go with the rain showers splash pond water table which I had bought previously direct from the manufacturer, but didn't know it had an umbrella slot or that I could purchase one separately. It arrived on the day specified and was left as instructed., I noticed that this site has the lowest prices so I will definitely purchase from them again (got my eye on a kitchen).”

“I was worried that because the item was out of stock there may have been a delay in the restocking past the date expected. I contacted Activity Toys Direct and was assured the restocking date could be relied upon. True to their word, my order was shipped on the date promised and received the following day. Very happy with their service and would recommend them”
