“Arrived on time, was easy to assemble. It's sturdy but does need concreting in though, otherwise the feet will lift when swung vigorously. Little people very pleased!”

“I ordered a swing for the grandchildren, the carrier lost one of the three items. I rang activity toys direct and spoke to Stef, and so the grandchildren were not disappointed a replacement was sent Saturday am. Box arrived, swing assembled, and two happy grandchildren. Thank you Stef , you cannot put a price on customer service.”

“My children love it however it is overpriced for what it is and it does leak if water goes to high over the island I’ve been told to put silicone around it - it’s ok however”

“Brought the step2 rollercoaster for our sons 2nd Birthday. Really glad we brought the extension pack to go with it also. Our 2, 3 & even 8 year old love it and haven't been off it since. Delivered within 2 days of ordering with no problems. Will definitely recommend activity toys direct”

“Brilliant customer service. Even under these trying times of lockdown. I had to phone with a question and the response was very friendly and helpful. The product I purchased was a Discovery woodland treehouse. It arrived very promptly indeed. It is very well made and my child loves it, well designed and thought through. “Absolutely perfect. Delivered within 36 hours of ordering, despite it being a preorder. It was the cheapest I’d seen anywhere. My 22 year old family member put it up alone in no time. The children love it and I’ve even had a go myself!”

“No problems ordering with Activity Toys Direct, order arrived in good time. Delivery company was another issue, should have been a two man delivery, got one driver who threw my order over the fence into my front garden and shouted that he would "just leave it here!"”

“I was a little bit wary as the site had the step2 coaster, which was out of stock everywhere or ridiculously priced, available for pre-order and I hadn’t heard of the site before however, I took the calculated risk protected by PayPal and I am very happy I did, quick delivery, emails with tracking number and confirming the order had been dispatched. Would use the site again and would recommend the step2 coaster for anyone with young children, my son loves it”
