“Absolutely perfect. Delivered within 36 hours of ordering, despite it being a preorder. It was the cheapest I’d seen anywhere. My 22 year old family member put it up alone in no time. The children love it and I’ve even had a go myself!”

“No problems ordering with Activity Toys Direct, order arrived in good time. Delivery company was another issue, should have been a two man delivery, got one driver who threw my order over the fence into my front garden and shouted that he would "just leave it here!"”

“Mud kitchen is amazing so happy with it. 1 slight adjustment to be made as height one side was bigger than other, but husband it pretty handy with stuff like that. Definitely recommend”

“I was a little bit wary as the site had the step2 coaster, which was out of stock everywhere or ridiculously priced, available for pre-order and I hadn’t heard of the site before however, I took the calculated risk protected by PayPal and I am very happy I did, quick delivery, emails with tracking number and confirming the order had been dispatched. Would use the site again and would recommend the step2 coaster for anyone with young children, my son loves it”

“Product is good and communication was good in terms of part of the item missing! The product turned up without the slide and then failed to arrive again. Finally did turn up and item is good. Just disappointed it didn’t arrive in one go!”

“Arrive with parts short they were resent within 48 hours . Annoying the the screen holes didn’t match up luckily we had tools to fix . Solid product nice colours . Hopefully will last”

“I can only assume I received this in error as my order was cancelled because you don't deliver outside the UK. Extremely frustrating that the site allows you to place an order to an area where delivery is not possible. I would expect that this shouldn't happen with technology as advanced as it is. The email to notify me the order was cancelled can only be described as extremely basic and unapologetic. Overall not a great experience here.”

“I purchased a play ball fun climber for my twin grandsons which they absolutely love. It was delivered very quickly and at the time advised on the day. I would definitely recommend both the climber and purchasing from this company, which I will do again. Thank you.”
