“I ordered a swing for the grandchildren, the carrier lost one of the three items. I rang activity toys direct and spoke to Stef, and so the grandchildren were not disappointed a replacement was sent Saturday am. Box arrived, swing assembled, and two happy grandchildren. Thank you Stef , you cannot put a price on customer service.”

“My children love it however it is overpriced for what it is and it does leak if water goes to high over the island I’ve been told to put silicone around it - it’s ok however”

“Brought the step2 rollercoaster for our sons 2nd Birthday. Really glad we brought the extension pack to go with it also. Our 2, 3 & even 8 year old love it and haven't been off it since. Delivered within 2 days of ordering with no problems. Will definitely recommend activity toys direct”

“Brilliant customer service. Even under these trying times of lockdown. I had to phone with a question and the response was very friendly and helpful. The product I purchased was a Discovery woodland treehouse. It arrived very promptly indeed. It is very well made and my child loves it, well designed and thought through.
