They promised delivery by June 2nd but we finally received a part order 6th June with no explanation, or a date when we might receive the missing items. ATD kept blaming Tuffnells but they said they had not had a delivery from the supplier. Lack of communication and an apology are clearly an issue. If they would refund me I would accept it. I appreciate they blame Covid 19 but there us no excuse for keeping the customer informed.
We have not yet assembled the item so I cannot comment on the quality of the product or the assembly.
