“The service from the company very good, but what let them down was the courier. They did not deliver when they said they would, no text or email to say why,no one answering the phone on the day. On the following day when we finally got though they could even tell us where our product was.”

Good Afternoon, I am sorry to see the one star review. I have checked our system and can see you called Thursday last week (4/6) and we had arranged for further instructions to be sent to you via email. These were sent Thursday at 14.09pm. Since then we have had no further correspondence from your self via email nor telephone? “They promised delivery by June 2nd but we finally received a part order 6th June with no explanation, or a date when we might receive the missing items. ATD kept blaming Tuffnells but they said they had not had a delivery from the supplier. Lack of communication and an apology are clearly an issue. If they would refund me I would accept it. I appreciate they blame Covid 19 but there us no excuse for keeping the customer informed. We have not yet assembled the item so I cannot comment on the quality of the product or the assembly.”

“We ordered the plum toddler tower and really have nothing but positive feedback. I ordered the tower on a Friday morning and it was delivered the following Monday afternoon. It took us a couple of hours to assemble and was very straightforward (my husband is a carpenter which might have had something to do with it...). The tower itself is really good quality for the price and I feel very assured that my daughter is safe playing on it. My daughter is completely over the moon with it.., every morning she is begging me to go outside with her so that she can play on it. Honestly have nothing bad to say about any of it!”

“Brought for my 1 year for his birthday as he loves anything to do with cars. This has been the best purchase. Kids from 1-6 have been riding on it and having great fun they also use it to roll balls and smaller cars down. They enjoy walking up and down the track and using the thomas ride on off the track also x”
