“The great teepee arrived on time and packaged well. It takes a while to put together and an electric screwdriver is a must but the finished item looks amazing. Much cheaper than elsewhere!”

“very prompt, needs to be approached with time taken to identify parts and their placing in the assembly, illustrations could be clearer and instructions expanded to include a description of the assembly being carried out. Am in middle of the erection and am looking forward to its competion and the reaction of my grandaughters to it when they first see it”

“After a mess up with the delivery the coaster turned up the next day. Grandchildren love it and keeps them amused for ages. Not sure if worth the money but if it keeps grandchildren happy then maybe it is. First time ordering from this company most probably would shop again as long as they can ensure delivery is delivered as promised”

“Sub optimal to forward a collector review on to a consumer that has still not received a complete order. Paid for goods 10 days ago. Took the day off 14/08 no delivery attempt was made, again on the Thursday waited in and received a partial deliver. Made four attempts to chase, then spoke with someone on Friday, promised the outstanding Saturday again partial delivery. The poorest logistical execution I've ever seen. Fingers cross I get a responce and you make some attempt to make this right”

Whilst I understand you did purchase this product 9/08 you did only request delivery for 14/08, which I am terribly sorry this did not happen. “Great swing. Quick delivery, easy to set up, very sturdy. Great swing that will be used for years to come! Only thing we bought separate ground anchors that don't need concreting in the ground as that proved a difficult thing to do.”

“Purchased BushBaby Wooden Swing as I had previously purchased a larger model for my grandchildren, and was impressed with the quality and value. Unfortunately the swing arrived with only two legs! After reporting this to Activity Toys Direct a new pair of legs was dispatched quickly and they arrived the next day. In fact two pairs arrived! One of the legs was poorly manufactured so I rejected that pair and accepted the other. Unfortunately on assembling the swing I discovered that one of the legs was rather severely warped about half way down and was unfit for purpose. So for the second time I had to contact A.T.D. to request a replacement leg. To be fair, a replacement leg was delivered within 24 hours which is good service. I am pleased with the swing now, but I feel that A.T.D need to check the swings are up to standard and are fit for purpose. I also think that dispatch needs to ensure that all parts are delivered at the same time.”
