“Easy to purchase online. Great delivery service. Being able to request a delivery date makes everything so much easier. Bought the monkey swing for my one year old and he loves it. “Not as happy as I thought I would be. The swing poles don’t fit into their metal holders as precisely as They should and because they don’t fit 100% when the children swing on it, it makes a lot of noise. Plus it wobbles because of that.”

Dear Maryum, The wood will not be a snug fit in the brackets as there will need to be some sort of gap as the wood is a natural product and will swell in wetter months and shrink in hot/dry months. The brackets need to allow for the change in the wood.

“The numbers on the wood weren’t clear , some screws were missing and some of the wood was a bit rough and splintering, which isn’t good when it’s for a toddler , there was a knot in one piece of wood were one of the screws went and I couldn’t get it in”
