“The box packaging was ripped & looked as it had been chucked about before it came to me.. The product itself wonderball fun house wasn't easy at all to assemble.. neither did it have holes to put screws in to assemble we had to put holes in ourselfs The instructions were just a picture which you had to follow.. So not happy with purchase”

I'm sorry to hear the box did arrive in good condition. I can assure you the goods will have left us in good condition, so will take this up with the courier. With regards to the assemble all Step2 products have indents rather than holes to ensure the item is secure tightly. they use self tapping screws to make this easy. I will however pass on all the comments regarding this and the instructions.

“The product is perfect and is great value for money for parents, especially due to such Bill's that come with life and parenthood. As I am fairly new to parenthood with my daughter of 10 months i would like to say thank you for such quality product and services. Product is tough and durable. It was delivered next day as stated.
