“So disappointed with the price, will not buy again”

“The toy was exactly as described and very easy to assemble. If I had one small criticism it would be the fact that very few of the screw positions had any pilot holes drilled which could cause problems for anyone not used to screwing things together. A tiny pilot hole would make things much easier as I could imagine less skilled people than myself struggling to start the screws off and could lead to them punching a hole through the plastic with the screwdriver should they slip. I would recommend that people could use a small bradal or tiny drill bit to overcome this problem. Having said all that it is a super toy and my two granddaughters are having hours of fun with it.”

“Not at all happy theres no mention of not shipping to Northern Ireland we are still part of the UK u know and then having to wait 4 days for a refund from a payment u took in seconds ! Im happy to pay shipping but u nevet offered !”

Hi Annette. We apologise that you are unhappy with the service provided on our website. Our delivery page clearly states that we only ship to mainland UK addresses, and that we cannot ship to Northern Ireland at this time. Furthermore, your payment was taken automatically during the evening when our office is closed. Your refund was issued at 8:43am the following morning and processed by PayPal on the same day. We are very sorry for any inconvenience and disappointment caused by your experience with our site.

“Product is great and cheaper than it is in argos or toys r us. My granddaughter loves this swing. Only slight niggle is that it was delivered a day earlier than agreed and had to be taken in by an elderly neighbour.”

“Terrible customer service. I ordered a climbing frame and then several days later I got an email saying that they had oversold and had no stock left. You should know your stock levels before you allow customers to purchase!”

“Step2 up and down Thomas the tank engine was a great hit with my 2 granddaughters aged 18 months and 3 years. Very easy to assemble and either goes indoors (if you have the room) or outdoors, and best of all it doesn't take batteries.”

“Don’t deliver when stated, also don’t supply the essential needed to fix the toy together. One screw maybe but 30! They don’t even state the size either to but your own!!”

“Fixings missing from box. Toy table and track useless without them. No response from activitytoysdirect to my email. When phoned in, waited for 30 min apr. and got cut off. Bought as a present for my son for Christmas and can’t use it!!!”

Good afternoon. We're very sorry that your product was missing parts. The office has been closed over the Christmas period from the 22nd of December until today, as was specified on our contact page, and so we haven't been taking calls or emails. However, this issue has now been resolved via email earlier today and we have sent out your missing parts. Our contact page strongly advised checking products before Christmas, to ensure that there is enough time for us to resolve any problems such as this. Step2 products come pre-packaged from the US and as such we aren't aware of any parts that may be missing until they reach the customer. We are very sorry for the disappointment and inconvenience has caused you over Christmas,
