“Amazing product and super fast delivery”

“Bought the Caterpillar Sand pit for the grandchildren, - They are always in it! It must be sturdy, as when the delivery van pulled up, we watched the van shaking as though he was searching for it for a while - before seeing the parcel suddenly ejected from the back of the vehicle in anger - like an Elon Musk Rocket!!”

“Ordered a Berg Rally go-kart for my son and paid in full. I received an email two days later to say the item had been recalled by the manufacturer. Not 30 minutes later, I received a dispatch email and a tracking number. No surprise that it didn't arrive but getting a refund was an even bigger challenge. They said that the refund would take up to 10 days (it was a lot quicker to take the money initially). Took them two days to get back to every email I sent.”

Dear Mark, We took this order over a weekend when the office was closed. We took this in good faith. However upon coming to the office Monday morning we were told there had been a recall and we could not sell this item safely which unfortunately meant we had to cancel and refund your order. The refund on our part was done right away however it can take 3 - 5 working days depending on your bank.

“Very very good, excellent value for money. I’ve never heard of the step2 brand only came across it because we wanted a playhouse with a base that want wooden. Very happy with the house our son loves it, his Nan and Grandad bought one the next day for their house.”
