“I would like some money back slide arrived cracked and bolts and nuts not working properly. Had to reenforce with my own stuff. A real shame for that price point! Also a wood knot come out so there’s a gaping hole in the frame wood.”

“The slide come with cracks and i have informed the company still waiting on someone to get back to me to send new slide so i am unable to even use the climbing frame and the numbering was not clear on the wooden blocks.”

“I placed my order over a week ago and unfortunately I ordered a pre order item witch the date has now changed on so my twins birthday presents are being held untill the pre order item is in ... So the 2 items I need now won't be here in time for my twins birthday If I knew that I would of just ordered the 2 coasters from somewhere I was promised a call back this morning to see if they would send out the coasters I've herd nothing I've tryed calling and no one will pick up”

“Excellant service. Prompt email when item was back in stock. Delivery quick. this is my 3rd Step 2 roller coaster. It is robust and well made and they do last for years. Bought this one for my daughter's house so that we both had 1.”

“This is 2nd Step2 house I’ve bought (two different families/grandchild) for when they start walking running (age 1-1.1/4). Both grandchildren love their houses and enjoy ringing the doorbell- can see plenty of use for at least 2-3 years each”
