“This little train track/slide was the best present ever for my w year old grandson. His 6 year old sister has also had brilliant fun out of it. So simple push the train to the top, climb a step mount the train and push. They slide gently down the bumpy track and do it all again. Excellent toy.”

“Item was as described. Ordering was straight forward. The only thing that could have been better was having tracking information as was a large item, it said to ensure you are at home on the given delivery date (there was no option to choose the date), it then didn’t turn up on the day stated but came the following day.”

“I have already emailed active toys direct about my complaint and have not received an adequate reply. The item is very disappointing, it doesn’t feel good quality, the planter box is unusual as has no bottom. They supplied some mesh black fabric to go in the planter that isn’t remotely big enough to do anything with. Therefore, the planter is completely not useable. Only about half of the pieces of wood have drill holes in making it extremely hard to put together. I used a really expensive impact driver to put it all together and it was still a struggle to get all of the screws in flush to the wood. I just feel for the amount of money the product cost these problems shouldn’t exist. Very disappointed and feel like I have wasted a lot of money.”

“Really disappointed. First time I have ordered from Activity Toys Direct and the gift did not arrive until after my grandchilds birthday. No update until I started chasing. Hermes let you know if there is a delay. Tuffnells base in Bristol apparently had a backlog. If I had received a phone call my son could have collected from the depot and saved upsetting my grandchild.”

“I put off buying this because it was so expensive and tried looking for a second hand one but whenever one came up, which isn’t very often, it sold straight away so I kept coming back to this site. The reviews were excellent and I wanted my kids to play in the garden for longer so I convinced my husband to buy it and we don’t regret it at all. The kids absolutely love it. They can’t wait to go outside to play on it. They will get years of fun from this roller coaster. My advice, buy it! You won’t regret it.”
