“Having ordered 3m I received 2.65m which wasn’t enough to complete my job. Customer service offered an extra 1m but since I was doing two 1.4 m windows it wouldn’t be enough to do in one piece. Having explained this in an e mail, I haven’t had a response from the supplier.”

“Nightmare. Its been 10 months of trying to get my money back for incorrectly sized films - proved it all with photos with tape measure in shot as sadly my builder installed them anyway but this wasnt good enough. Ive had to wait until I reordered elsewhere and removed them (no small task). Now at my expense having to send back torn-up films to prove they cut them incorrectly and it wasnt our measuring! Also lied about other films i sent back which were wrong and denied it. What a mess from a simple job! Wow. Consumer rights abused over a £56 order!!”

Further to our email, that you have not responded to. I can confirm, you have returned a product to us, that is from a different supplier. The product you returned is a branded product from a completely different manufacturer, that we don't stock. If this product has a fault or is the wrong size, I’m afraid you will need to speak to the company that you purchased it from. As this product was not purchased from us. “Don’t even bother buying. Any cardboard for the green bin at home can do same job. Waste of money and time.”

“Followed the instructions and YouTube video of how to install from start to finish but was still extremely difficult to get right. Double checked the film for creases and damage while unused on the table, as told to do, and looked fine until we put it on the window and realised then that there was a big crease underneath the design so unusable and unreturnable. Had to take it down, waste of money and effort.”

“I will never use this company again. Order never arrived, I phoned to inquire where my order was. I was informed in not coming as my address cant be found. (Ive never had an issue with deliverys before) and I cant get a refund until they are ready. No apology for the trouble just attitude of a member of staff.”

Unfortunately, as I tried to mention over the phone in between you screaming, Royal Mail is unable to locate the delivery address as you failed to supply a road name at checkout. “Quick delivery on product but I had to give a 1 star for product it self. Tried twice to put up window cover wasn't easy. There was bubbles,lines everywhere so it ended up in the bin. A waste of money. Sorry.”
