“Always used this company for my Tenorsax needs without any problems until last order, which was Vandoren reeds as usual, plus mouthpiece patches for my OttoLink Super Tonemaster (tenor) mouthpiece.I rang them to make sure they knew for which mouthpiece the patches were for, the person I spoke to said he knew which patches I needed, but when the order arrived on time as usual, the patches were far too small. so will have to order again sometime.”

Hello there, I'm very sorry you were disappointed with the service you received recently. I would have thought you would need BG10L (large) patches rather than BG10S (small). I will send some out to you today free of charge. Apologies once again. Kind regards Anthony

“I have been a regular customer for well over 10 years and would not have been were service was sub-standard. Ackerman are always very quick to respond but this time the Post Office was slower on delivery than usual.”
