“Excellent service my saxophone was delivered the next day with simple instructions to set it up. The three-month initial rental period was a bargain and great customer service. Speedy and efficient rental would recommend.”

“Got the music promptly, just a couple of days. The editions are fine (international; I'm not an Urtext nerd like some) and they kept me up to date with the separate parts of the order, sending them each as soon as they were available”

“Very helpful. I placed an internet order for 2 vocal scores. Within an hour I had a call from the shop to inform me they only had one copy so would I like to wait for both to arrive or reduce the order to one and shop around for the second? I chose the latter and the delivery came the next day. Great service! Thank you.”

“I don’t normally give reviews but Ackerman Music have impressed so I thought it deserved one! When I initially called up to enquire about something on the website the person I spoke to was incredibly helpful and pleasant. When I put in my order for a violin I was about to go on holiday so I added instructions for it to be delivered when I got back home, and sure enough it was delivered when I was back home. The violin I am renting for my daughter looks as good as new and the case is high quality and looks nice too. When it was delivered I received information on how much it would cost to buy off the scheme and this was helpful and it looks reasonably priced. Thank you Ackerman Music.”
