“Having visited the shop in Chichester I have found the staff attitude to be less than helpful almost as if they can’t be bothered with a sale . Reading all of the positive reviews I presume the focus now is more on internet sales than face to face sales. Very disappointing.”

Hello there, So sorry to hear you have had a bad experience in one of our stores. We take pride in having knowledgeable, helpful and of course musical staff to help as best we can. In an age where an awful lot of transactions are done online we are trying our best to keep the shops open and well stocked. It's harder than ever for a family run music shop to battle against the bigger companies. Apologies again.

“I usually buy my music material from Amazon however after searching around Ackerman music and was presently surprised with there prices, I selected standard delivery (1-3 days) and the book arrived next working day packaging was quality and the was in perfect condition. The ordering process was easy and communication throughout the order and dispatch process was excellent. Will definitely use again!”
