“I accidentally ordered the wrong grade and had to reorder the next grade. Tried to organise sending the wrong one back and get a refund but had no response. Still waiting!!!”

“Not good they sent smaller size valve oil bottle but charged for larger size I complained and I think they refunded the difference”

Hi Nigel, Apologies for this, the standard bottles were out of stock when you ordered so we sent a bottle that normally comes with the Yamaha brass instruments rather than making you wait. We hadn't realised these can be slightly smaller than normal. Apologies again for the mix up.
