“Ordered drumsticks for my lad - Wincent 7AXL. The description online mentioned 7A drumsticks, so ordered on the phone. After reassuring me Ackerman Music had them in stock, they were posted and I received them 3 working days later. Thank you for a good service.”

“As usual excellent service and a good price from Ackerman music. The item was initially out of stock, but I was emailed within a couple of days with a link when it was back in stock. This was just before Christmas with postal strikes going on. I doubted that I would get the music in time for the new choir term, but it arrived several days later, and before Christmas, via a courier. Bravo Ackerman music!”

Hello there, I'm sorry to hear your music hasn't arrived with you yet. It was sent 2nd class on the 12th December. We are finding some items are taking 2-3 weeks currently due to the Royal Mail strikes. I think they are struggling to deal with the backlog. Kind regards and apologies for any inconvenience caused.
