Hi Gabriella, I'm sorry to hear your music didn't arrive quickly, however you had only paid for Royal Mail 2nd class delivery. If you need items urgently, it may be better to pay for 1st class, or tracked/express delivery. We hadn't received any emails chasing this item. We would always reply if a customer is chasing an order. Kind regards

“I ordered ‘A Week of Birthdays’ by Richard Rodney Bennet. I had a copy as a child and lost it. Delighted to find it is still in print and available at Ackerman’s. My copy arrived through the post very efficiently a couple of days after ordering.”
