“Product arrived as promised. Service very prompt and ordering process was straightforward. The only negative was that it was advertised as + cd however when it arrived it was + digital download.”

“Ordered drumsticks for my lad - Wincent 7AXL. The description online mentioned 7A drumsticks, so ordered on the phone. After reassuring me Ackerman Music had them in stock, they were posted and I received them 3 working days later. Thank you for a good service.”

“Delivery: package was open at one end and left behind bin, only discovered a day after knock on the door. Fortunatly all items present, but suggest you tape up packages and change your courier.”

“When the first glasses case was delivered it was damaged due to bad packaging but after a quick phone call, a new case was sent out to me. Overall the service was excellent, even with the hick-up. Nothing is too much trouble.”

“The internet website does not allow you to enlarge the picture . The front cover of the taylor book has swopped between simple and melodic . I used the picture sent by the bass teacher of an old book as a guide but as I couldn't enlarge the picture I ended up ordering 'simple rather than melodic . My husband has just now ordered the 'melodic ' one from you last night but it means my son doesn't have the correct book for his lesson and I have a useless book . My fault for not getting my son with better eyesight to double check but an ability to enlarge the pictures on screen would help with correct ordering.”

Hi Judith, Thank you for your review. I'm sorry you had some issues with the website. We don't always get great images sent through from the publishers. If you need to send back the unwanted book please feel free and we will refund. If you ever have any doubts regarding a piece of music we are always at the end of the phone for any queries. “Book was recommended by our piano teacher and it is really good. I like the ring bound element as the pages sit flat against the piano. The practise card are great too, lost a star as all the pink cards looked like they hadn’t been cut properly on the corner and rough and dirty.”
