“Very helpful phone conversation (I don't live anywhere near the shop). As a result I ordered on line, from the warehouse, a Yanigasawa Tenor Sax which arrived the next morning! Excellent service and the, admittedly new, sax played perfectly. Only down side is that they are over 200 miles from where I live!”
