“What a lovely company! Everyone I dealt with, from my initial phone call to the person who helped sort out my delivery, was fantastic. It makes such a big difference being able to chat with a real person who knows what they are talking about and can give good advice. The courier company made a big mistake and left the package at the wrong house (definitely not Ackerman's fault!) and they made sure I was able to sort it out. Ordering was good, prices great and even with the issue, delivery was extremely quick. I would 100% purchase from them again.”

Hello there, As you know the reed wasn't in stock when you ordered it. We got the reed within a few days and then sent with Royal Mail 1st class. Unfortunately, it looks like they have taken almost ten working days to deliver to you. Apologies for any inconvenience caused. Kind regards
