“Ackerman's has got to be one of the most reliable music companies I know, which is why they are at the top of list, when ordering anything 'music' related. “Had an initial delay to my parcel arriving. However I was contacted by the company after they asked me to leave a review and they suggested how to trace the parcel and when this failed they immediately sent another parcel to me which arrived quickly and safely. Today I received an email from them asking me to amend my previous review which I am happy to do. Thank you.”
